And at the end of the day we’re all chasing the same thing. We all end up in this same room for a reason. We’re part of something. We’re part of something that’s bigger than any single one of us. And it doesn’t stop when we get off stage, it doesn’t stop when we go home.
one of my roommates used to work with 5th graders in a creative writing class thing and they had to write a romance and most of the kids wrote stories about princesses and crap but this one little girl wrote about how a marshmallow fell in love with a mug of cocoa and he loved the cocoa so much that in order to be with her he melted and died like wow kid that’s some shakespearian shit right there
at leeds festival this weekend paramore brought a girl called ellie? up on the stage, she was so great even though all shakey and so very happy. she ran on the stage and hugged hayley and i wish i’d gotten a picture of that because at least my part of the crowd was so happy for her, and when the song was over everyone started chanting her name and it was the best part of the whole set i hope that wheever ellie is in the world that shes doing great and hasnt died of happiness
